Traffic Safety Action Plan Study

The Quad Cities, Kewanee and Muscatine are developing a Traffic Safety Action Plan (TSAP) to identify and address areas where serious accidents are occurring.  Please give us your input by noting areas that concern you here on the interactive issues map.  You can find more information about this study on the webpage hosted by the Bi-State Regional Council.
