MUSCATINE, Iowa – The small parking lot between Pearl City Station and the basketball courts on the downriver end of Riverside Park (near the playground) will be closed to vehicles from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Sunday, August 24, to accommodate a special event on the Muscatine riverfront.
Calvary Church will host “Live to Love”, a free community event from 4–8 p.m. The evening will feature games for all ages, local food trucks (4–6 p.m.), and an outdoor service beginning at 6:30 p.m. Guests are encouraged to bring a lawn chair or picnic blanket—and a friend—for this family-friendly gathering.
