MUSCATINE, Iowa – Muscatine Mayor Brad Bark has released his 2023 State of the City address, highlighting the many accomplishments of the City of Muscatine departments, and the goals established for the coming year by the Muscatine City Council and City staff.
Included in this year’s address is remarks from Clint Christopher, Muscatine Community School District Superintendent, Rachel Pohl, Unity Point Health-Trinity Muscatine Executive Director, and Gage Huston, Muscatine Power and Water General Manager.
The State of the City Address was produced by the City of Muscatine Communications Department and completed by the Muscatine Community College video production department.
