[ARCHIVED] Portion of Parham to be closed to traffic Nov. 7-10

MUSCATINE, Iowa – Beginning at 8:30 a.m. Monday, November 7, the downhill section of Parham will be closed between Mulberry Avenue and Briarwood Lane for an emergency sewer repair. The uphill section will remain open. 

The repair is expected to take several days with Parham tentatively scheduled to reopen late Thursday, November 10. The detour will be to use either Bartlett or East 9th Street.
