MUSCATINE, Iowa – The Draft Traffic Safety Action Plan (TSAP) for the Quad Cities-Kewanee-Muscatine area is almost available for public view, with stakeholders and the public invited to participate in the Bi-State Regional Commission’s Virtual Public Meeting.
The Virtual meeting will be held from 5-6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 30. The Study Team will be in attendance, ready to answer questions, and address public comments about the Draft TSAP.
