MUSCATINE, IOWA – The City of Muscatine Parks and Recreation Department announced the closure of park amenities within the park system in preparation for the winter season. Beginning the week of October 28, restroom facilities in the park system will close. Drinking fountains and other water features will also be shut down at this time.
