[ARCHIVED] Repairs completed; Bidwell Road is open to traffic

MUSCATINE, Iowa – Bidwell Road was reopened to traffic Thursday (Oct. 5) following the completion of an emergency culvert repair located south of the entrance to Geneva Golf & Country Club and north of 2711 Bidwell Road. Bidwell Road was closed Monday as Triple B Construction began the process of removing and replacing the broken culvert.
