MUSCATINE, Iowa – The intersection of 3rd and Chestnut Streets is closed in all directions due to a collapsed storm sewer manhole according to David Popp, Solid Waste/Collections and Drainage Manage for the City of Muscatine. Repairs will begin on Monday.
Drivers should plan for alternate routes of travel while the repairs are undertaken.
