Utility Easement Vacation
Jeff Hollenbeck – Lots 3 and 4 Riverbend Fifth Addition – Baton Rouge Road
Jeff Hollenbeck has submitted an easement vacation plat that vacates a 10 feet wide utility easement, composed of two adjoining 5’ utility easements located on Lot 3 and Lot 4 of the Riverbend Fifth Addition, on Clermont Drive. The intent is to combine these two parcels.
Subdivision
Riggan Subdivision – Michael Riggan – 3 lots – 27.7 Acres – Northeast of the northwest corner of the Stewart Road/49th Street intersection – Unincorporated Muscatine County
Michael Riggan has submitted combined Preliminary/Final Plat for the Riggan Subdivision, a 27.74 acre 3 lot subdivision located within unincorporated Muscatine County, at the northwest corner of the intersection 49th Street and Stewart Road. The intent is to bring the real estate into compliance with the Muscatine County Zoning Ordinance. The usage of the property will be unchanged. This subdivision is located in unincorporated This subdivision is located in unincorporated Muscatine County, but falls within the two mile limit requiring City of Muscatine review and approval.
New Zoning Ordinance
A presentation of the proposed Keeping of Animals in Residential Districts and Yard Regulations will be made by City Planner, Andrew Fangman. Commission discussion and possible action will follow.
