The City of Muscatine is requesting proposals for grant administration services to assist with projects funded with Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds through the Iowa Economic Development Authority (IEDA).
The City has received funds to complete a Neighborhood Revitalization Program in the area of 6th Street and Mulberry Avenue in Muscatine, Iowa. The Program will be implemented in collaboration with local nonprofits and includes a number of activities to address housing, infrastructure and quality of life needs. Projects include:
The City also anticipates applying for additional grants available under the CDBG and/or CDBG-CV programs and will give preference to respondents that have the capacity to and would consider administering all CDBG grants received.
