How do I apply for the Housing Choice Voucher Program?
You may pick up an application in the Housing Agency offices at City Hall or download and print an application at http://www.muscatineiowa.gov/206/Section-8-Housing. Applications may be returned in person with original birth certificates and social security cards for all anticipated household members. Applications may returned by mail with copies of birth certificates and social security cards, however the original document must be reviewed by staff before a household will be provided assistance.
