City of Muscatine is declaring a "Snow Emergency" effective February 1, 2011 at 12:00 noon. It shall remain in effect until further notice.While the Snow Emergency is in effect, no person shall park, or remain parked, any vehicle on any portion of a snow emergency route which has beendesignated as such by proper signing and motion by City Council.
