[ARCHIVED] Tee-Ball Now Registering

The Muscatine Parks and Recreation Department is now registering for the summer Tee-Ball program. This program is designed to teach the fundamentals of baseball/softball through coach-led practices and non-competitive games that will be incorporated into the program. Players all hit from an adjustable batting tee. IMPORTANT: Participants must be age 5 or 6 as of April 30th.

Participants may register for Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday. Practices and game times will vary but all will be held between 5:30 pm and 7:30 pm at Taylor Park or Weed Park. Practices begin the week of June 3rd and games run through June 27th.

The registration fee for Tee-Ball is $30.00 for City of Muscatine residents and $35.00 for non-residents per session. All participants will receive a t-shirt. You may register at the Muscatine Parks and Recreation Department in the lower level of City Hall, 215 Sycamore, by phone with credit card, or online at https://activenet006.active.com/muscatine/. Volunteer coaches are needed. If you are interested in coaching a Tee-Ball team, please contact the Parks and Recreation office.
