MUSCATINE, Iowa – The Muscatine Parks and Recreation Department wishes to inform the public that there will be no restroom access or concession stand service at the Kent Stein Park West Concession Stand tonight, May 6, 2021, due to mechanical issues. Department staff members are working diligently to return these services to the public as soon as possible.
