Subdivision
Preliminary/Final Plat - Stone House Creek Subdivision - Lucas Road - 2 lot subdivision.
On February 4, 2013, Mark Johnston filed a combined Preliminary/Final Plat for the Stone House Creek Subdivision, a two lot subdivision of a 7.25 acre parcel that is zoned R-1 (Residential) within unincorporated Muscatine County, but within two miles of the City of Muscatine. The intent is to create an additional lot for sale as a residential building site.

Comprehensive Plan
City Planner Andrew Fangman will present Commissioners with the status of the Comprehensive Plan Update. Chapters submitted for review include Transportation Infrastructure ChapterParks and Recreation Chapter, and Economic Development Goals and Implementation Strategies. A discussion will follow with the opportunity for Commissioners to provide input and suggestions regarding the update effort and adoption timeline.
