Roll Call Mission Statement Minutes: Approval of minutes from the May 10, 2022 meeting
Development Plan: 24 Unit Multi-Family Dwelling • Southern End of Palms Drive (3612 Palms Drive) GIP LLC has submitted a development plan to change the land use on a 1.45-acre parcel located at the southern end of Palms Drive (Lot 5, Fridley Subdivision, 3612 Palms Drive). The application is proposing the construction of two 12-unit apartment buildings. This property is located in the S-3 district, the S-3 district allows for any use permitted in any residential zoning district or in the M-1 Light Industrial Zoning District, subject to the approval by the Planning and Zoning Commission of a development plan that details the specific layout and uses of the subject property. Capital Improvement Plan: Review of the proposed Fiscal Years 2022 through 2026 Capital Improvement Plan. The Commission will make any desired changes and then act on a recommendation to City Council.
