Minutes: Approval of minutes from the August 10, 2021 meeting

Right of Way Vacations: 
PZVROW-10 • Patrick Garrels • Undeveloped Lombard Street Right of Way Adjoining 1100 East 7th Street   
Patrick Garrels, whom purchased 1100 E 7th St is requesting that the City vacate then sell to him the portion of the undeveloped Lombard Street Right of Way that adjoins 1100 E 7th St. In the future, he would like to construct a garage on the property. 

PZVROW-11 • City of Muscatine • The Alley Right of Way Located Between 1248 East 5th Street and 1300 East 5th Street   
The City of Muscatine has filed for the vacation of the Right of Way of the alley located between 1248 E 5th St and 1300 E 5th St. It is the intent, if the request is approved by the City Council, of the City of Muscatine to deed the vacated Right of Way to the adjacent property owners. The improved alley located in said Right of Way would be closed to vehicular traffic. The property owner at 1300 E 5th St would like to rebuild the current retaining wall which has been hit several times along with adding to his current green space. The property owner at 1248 E 5th St would also like to add to her current green space.
