2. Ordinance Vacating a Portion of the Undeveloped Lombard Street Right of Way Adjoining 1009 East 6th Street(Second Reading)

Midwest Property Holidings LLC, whom recently purchased 1009 E. 6th Street, (Weber Button) is requesting that the City vacate then sell to them the portion of the undeveloped Lombard Street Right of Way that adjoins 1009 E. 6th Street. (Andrew Fangman)

Is there a motion to approve the second reading of this ordinance as submitted?

3. Ordinance Vacating Undeveloped Right of Way Located Behind 1000 Hershey Avenue (Second Reading)

McKee Button Co. has submitted a request to vacate, and then deed over, the portion of the unimproved Front Street (Mississippi Drive) right of way that directly adjoins the rear of their property at 1000 Hershey Avenue. (Andrew Fangman)
