2. Resolution Setting Public hearing for Houser Street Parking and Athletic Field Grading Project.

Presented for City Council’s consideration is a resolution setting public hearing for the Houser Street Parking and Athletic Field Grading Project. This project consists of the construction of a parking facility with up to 200 parking spots, enhancing the safety features of the street crossings and grading four field areas on Houser Street across from Kent Stein Park and soccer complex. This public hearing will be held at 7:00 pm on June 21st, 2018 at Muscatine City Hall.
