Subdivisions
GSTC Industrial Park - Wal-View Developments LLC - 3 lots - 53.578 Acres - 55th Avenue West and 49th Street South
Wal-View Developments LLC has submitted a preliminary plat for a 3 lot subdivision, located at the northeast corner of the 49th Street South/55th Avenue West intersection. The intent of this subdivision is further facilitate the development of the subject area as an industrial park. The proposed Lot 1 contains a 550,000 warehouse and distribution center recently constructed and operated by the applicant. The applicant is currently constructing a 300,000 square foot warehouse on the proposed Lot 2. Lot 3 is intended to provide a location for future development of warehousing space. Creation of this subdivision will provide the applicant greater flexibility in the development and future use of the subject area.
Kleppe One Addition - Carl Kleppe - 1 lot - 2.261 Acres - North Mulberry Road and Bayfield Road
Carl Kleppe has filed a combined Preliminary/Final Plat for the Kleppe One Addition Subdivision, a 2.261 one lot subdivision that is zoned A-1 (Agriculture) within unincorporated Muscatine County. The proposed subdivision is located the northwest corner of the intersection of North Mulberry Road and Bayfield Road. The intent is to allow for the house and buildings located within the proposed subdivision to be split from the adjoining farm ground and sold. This subdivision is located in unincorporated Muscatine County, but falls within the two mile limit requiring City of Muscatine review and approval
