The City of Muscatine and the Muscatine Parks and Recreation Department are seeking Professional Engineering Services for the design and engineering of an indoor dome sports facility. Services requested include but are not limited to: Development of Plans, Specifications, Cost Estimate, Bid Documents, Bid Phase Administration and Construction Contract Administration Phase.
