The City of Muscatine and the Muscatine Parks and Recreation Department are seeking Professional Engineering Services for the design and engineering of the Weed Park Lagoon Project. Services requested include but are not limited to: Development of Plans, Specifications, Cost Estimate, Bid Documents, Bid Phase Administration and Construction Contract Administration Phase.

All proposals must be received in the Parks and Recreation department by 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 27, 2023. Proposals will be opened at 2:05 p.m. on Tuesday, June 27, 2023. Late proposals will be returned unopened.
