The Muscatine Municipal Housing Agency (MMHA) is seeking quotes for hourly rates for services to be provided at Clark House, Sunset Park, and Hershey Manor Apartments.  Quotes are for general service calls and not a specific project. In some cases, general services may require an estimate of total hours before proceeding with work. We request that bidders disclose any additional fees that would be charged for a service call event, including but not limited to, trip charge, equipment charge, tool fees, mileage, etc. Overtime rates and after-hours response times shall be noted for consideration also. Hourly labors rates are requested for the following trades:

• Plumbing
• Heating and Air Conditioning
• Electrical
• Carpentry

There will not be a public opening.

By submitting a quote the respondent affirms they either hold or will obtain insurance in compliance with the MMHA’s insurance requirement prior to any contract or work on behalf of MMHA. 

All bidders must execute the attached Section 3 Clause and Intent to Comply certifying compliance with Section 3 requirements, including if the business qualifies as a Section 3 business, tracking total man hours worked on MMHA projects, and if any employees working on MMHA project qualify as Section 3 workers.
