Equipment Services has maintains files for all City vehicles, including titles and records of repairs on all vehicles and equipment.

Records on all vehicles and equipment are used to provide information to each department at budget time on replacement of vehicles and equipment.

3. How do you determine when to dispose of vehicles or equipment?

There is a formula we use to determine useful life of City equipment. This is also used and given to respective departments along with cost break-downs at budget time.
